Noboru Oikawa is a graphic and web designer based in Tokyo, Japan.
He studied Graphic Design at Kuwasawa Design School (Japan) and Central Saint Martins (UK). Then he working on various projects as a freelance. 卒業後、ロンドンでフリーランスのグラフィックザイナーとして活動開始。2010年末に活動の拠点を日本に移す。
